Compliance Capability

Designed to considerably ease the compliance burden of market participants, the Compliance Module provides efficient features for storing, update and retrieval of the data required to comply with securities regulations. Evidence to support regulatory requirements such as proof of ‘best execution’ can be easily provided using the market snap shot and order data gathered by the module. Architecturally, the Compliance Module is designed to manage very large data loads and supports both principal based and rule based regulatory environments. As such, the module is likely to be particularly useful to support the new compliance requirements brought about by regulations such as RegNMS and MiFID.

The Compliance Module is offered as an optional add-on that seamlessly integrates with Millennium Surveillance.
