Powerful relationship detection capabilities within Millennium Surveillance enable surveillance users to gain further insight into trading behaviour between market entities and facilitate the detection of abusive trading practices such as collusion, insider trading and circular trading.

While existing information on known relationships can be manually input, the system is capable of automatically detecting hidden relationships between entities by analyzing trading data through the use of statistical benchmarking and derived knowledge. This enables the system to even identify abusive trading practices carried out using indirect and complex relationships.
