The selected candidate will be responsible for setting Best Management practices for the Project Management division of MillenniumIT to achieve world class deliverables from the team and will Mentor the Project Management team on project management methodologies and new technologies. This includes providing guidance to the Project Managers on project tasks, task dependencies, techniques, deliverables and task roles. Furthermore, he will audit identified project deliverables against deliverables produced by each project team to verify that they align with the methodological approach to the project and meet the project timelines agree with the client. He will review periodic status updates provide by the Project Managers and advice them on development progress, schedule, possible risks, necessary modifications of methodology, and any other issues regarding the projects’ alignment with client briefs. Apart from coaching and mentoring a team of extremely dynamic and talented group of project managers on their career and personal development he will also work as a part of the senior management of MillenniumIT.

Requirements

• A degree in Information Technology, Management and / or Engineering from an accredited univeristiy.
• Masters in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology, and or Engineering.
• Should be a PMI certified Project Managers
• More than 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager
• On site experience in implementing IT projects preferably of long duration.
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written
• Highly competent in using project management tools and practices.
